The adjustable shoulder strap has an extra pad for added comfort for all day use. If you prefer, you can remove the shoulder strap & carry the bag using the tote straps. I love the removable stroller straps & they attatch to my stroller with ease. I love this & will be purchasing one for my sister as well!
